Our supplement lines have all been created for practitioner use. This means that they have proper ingredient sourcing, extensive testing, and actually have in them what the label says. These supplement lines are not available at the local grocery store or supplement shop, but because of our partnership with a local doctor, we are able to make them available to Erie and the surrounding community.  

At Pulse, you can browse our inventory and shop from the comfort of your home! Then, you will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up. Some items are always in stock and can be picked up the next day, while others may take up to 10 days to fulfill. If you want to be notified as soon as any part of your order is ready, please send an email after your order has been placed with this request. Otherwise, you will be notified once your entire order is ready for pick-up! 

The supplement lines we use are all very high quality and typically practitioner-prescribed only. While we are able to place an order for you for pick-up, we cannot legally place delivery orders for non-patients.

Some of our inventory is always in stock and will be immediately available. Some items may take up to 10 business days to arrive. If you want to be notified as soon as any part of your order is ready, please send an email after your order has been placed. Otherwise, you will be notified once your entire order is ready!  

Typically from 9-6 Mon/Wed/Fri, 9-5 Tues/Thurs, and 9-3 on Saturday. Once your order is ready, you will receive an email with pick-up times available for the following week. If you have a refrigerated item, a more exact pick-up time will be arranged. If you are unable to make it in for our pick-up hours, please notify us, and we will make arrangements with you.  

Because of the high quality of our supplements and skin care products, they are required to be stored at certain temperatures and handled properly, so that once given to a client, they are at almost full potency. Because of this, once an item is ordered, we are unable to process returns. If an item is delayed longer than the usual time or there has been damage to the item, a return will of course be processed.

Unused lab work requisition forms, test kits, and any practitioner visits purchased may be returned at any time.
 

As we grow, we will continue to add more practitioner brands to our store. If there is a certain line that you are looking for, please notify us, and we will work on getting that one in faster. Please note, not all practitioner brands allow us to sell to the public.  

Submit your lab work order. You will then be notified to come pick up your requisition form or testing kit once it is ready. All of our testing is either done at LabCorp or at home. While we strongly recommend setting up an appointment with our practitioner to understand what your results mean, it is not necessary. Many people also set up an initial consultation with our practitioner before ordering lab work to have a better idea of where they should start.  

While health coaches are allowed to give medical advice via the internet, medical practitioners in the state of Colorado must legally have an initial in-person visit. Follow-up visits for a full year afterwards can be done via the phone or on-line.
